Business Applications Professional

As a key member of our team, the Business Applications Professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of business applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, minor enhancements, and support of business and technical applications. This includes managing application portfolios, controlling budgets, and monitoring service performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with SLAs.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.
  • Oversee a portfolio of business applications, focusing on Dynamics 365 CRM Sales and related systems.
  • Control budgets for minor enhancements and manage support operations.
  • Monitor and report on support services, tracking complex or urgent issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure successful service delivery.

Successful candidates will possess strong customer focus, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with experience working with external vendors and managing complex IT solutions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ITIL, and Azure certifications is a plus.
