This role involves installing, updating, and supporting software applications, integrating Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Single Sign-On (SSO). You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our systems and ensuring seamless functionality.

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Windows and Linux Server Administration: Ensure the stability and security of our server infrastructure.
  • General Server Patching and Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain our servers to prevent any potential issues.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience with Windows and RHEL Linux Server Administration: Proven track record of managing server infrastructure.
  • Application Administration Experience: Familiarity with software application management.
  • Exposure to ERP, SAP, or CRM Systems: Understanding of enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Database Administration Experience: Knowledge of database management principles.
  • Prior Experience Supporting Service Desk Products, Engineering, or Manufacturing Software: Background in technical support.
