Customer Service Professional

About The Position:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill casual roles as Function Attendants within our events team.
- Set up and break down of functions
- Preparation and service of beverages
- Table service for meals and beverages
- Operation of tills and cash handling
- Clearing tables and cleaning duties
- Assisting guests with event inquiries before, during and after functions
This position requires flexibility on Friday and Saturday evenings, with some availability throughout the remainder of the week.
Certifications required: RSA
About You:
You are a collaborative team player who can follow directions and think critically when needed.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience within the customer service industry gained in a restaurant or function environment.
You will possess exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced setting.
