Are you looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities? We have an exciting opportunity for four Customer Service Professionals to join our team in Charlestown, Newcastle.

This is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive salary package + penalties + bonus. You will work on a rotating roster between 6:00am and 8:30pm, Monday-Friday, with the possibility of early starts, late finishes or weekend shifts which attract penalty rates.

After a six-month probation period, you will have the opportunity to work from home two days a week. Our extensive 14 weeks paid training program will equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this role.

We are seeking individuals who possess excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and the ability to think critically. Previous experience in customer service, call centers, retail or hospitality is highly desirable.
