Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team at The Arnott's Group. As a critical member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for the effective management of the HSE function at our Marleston facility.
Key Accountabilities- Assist the business in achieving its goals by providing expert HSE advice and guidance.
- Engage, influence and empower team members to drive HSE improvements.
- Manage the site risk register and provide technical/legal recommendations to reduce the risk profile.
- Develop, monitor and report against the site strategic plan.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the external regulatory environment and brief management as required.
- Strong track record in an operational HSE leadership role with a site-based workforce.
- Ability to influence and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in growing and developing positive HSE cultures.
- Experience in contractor management, permits to work and capital installations.
- Strong legislative knowledge and demonstrated experience in the practical application of this legislation.
