About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team at The Arnott's Group. As a critical member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for the effective management of the HSE function at our Marleston facility.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist the business in achieving its goals by providing expert HSE advice and guidance.
  • Engage, influence and empower team members to drive HSE improvements.
  • Manage the site risk register and provide technical/legal recommendations to reduce the risk profile.
  • Develop, monitor and report against the site strategic plan.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the external regulatory environment and brief management as required.
Requirements
  • Strong track record in an operational HSE leadership role with a site-based workforce.
  • Ability to influence and work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in growing and developing positive HSE cultures.
  • Experience in contractor management, permits to work and capital installations.
  • Strong legislative knowledge and demonstrated experience in the practical application of this legislation.
