About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial deliverables, including accounting compliance, financial reporting, client finance, and business optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with operational and financial policies and processes.
  • Manage internal, FMC, and external audits to ensure compliance and implement feedback into Company's accounting practices.
  • Maintain accountability for practices conducted by Re:Sources and Agency Finance Team.
  • Manage month-end review and submission to Groupe - Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Review.
  • Manage preparation of annual commit and reforecast submissions, ensuring accurate financial forecasting and input into HFM.
  • Ensure Re:Sources performs daily and month-end report functions to the required standard.
  • Manage financial aspects of Client Accounts, including budgeting and contractual requirements.
  • Identify and communicate any financial risk and scope issues associated with client accounts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior Finance Manager background with experience in BMD / SAP.
  • Experience in a media agency working with financial reporting and monthly end P&L management.
  • Strong Excel and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
