We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead our financial operations and ensure compliance, supporting system transformation in the process.

- Oversee all day-to-day finance functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll interface, month-end/year-end close, and annual audit.
- Manage statutory compliance, tax reporting, and funding acquittals.
- Support financial systems transformation, including implementation of integrated platforms.
- Provide high-quality reporting, variance analysis, and insights for informed decision-making.
- Cultivate a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, translating complex financial information for non-finance audiences.

Key Requirements
- CA or CPA qualification (essential).
- Minimum 7 years experience in finance, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards.
- Demonstrated experience in the NFP sector, including fund/grant accounting and salary packaging.
- Proven ability to manage audits, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with finance system implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
