  • Implementing disciplined month-end processes, developing sole sources of truth, and reviewing intercompany integration issues.">
  • Engaging with non-finance managers to enhance information and data flows.">
  • Leading and mentoring the finance team to ensure high productivity, motivation, and engagement.">

Qualifications and Experience

  • Background in SME organizations, preferably in professional services sectors, or hands-on senior finance positions.">
  • Proven experience in process improvement and streamlining finance departments.">
  • Strong Excel skills with ability to improve existing templates.">
  • Technical accounting background with analytical skills and knowledge of accounting standards.">
