Design Manager for Water Infrastructure Projects.

About the Role

We are seeking a senior design manager to lead our water infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have expertise in project delivery, leadership, and coordination skills. They will oversee overall design delivery, making key decisions on project designs.

The role requires experience in water infrastructure engineering and design, with a proven track record in delivering large projects on time, within budget, and outstanding quality.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and report-writing skills, as well as client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project delivery teams using expertise in water infrastructure, leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Oversee overall design delivery and make key decisions on project designs.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, time, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the team for project delivery and resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience.
  • Experience in water infrastructure engineering and design.
  • Proven track record in delivering large projects on time, within budget, and outstanding quality.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Client relationship management skills.
