JLL is seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at our Sydney, NSW office. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

About the Role:

  • Greet visitors and ensure they feel welcome
  • Manage security and telecommunications systems
  • Handle queries via phone, email, and general correspondence
  • Transfer calls as necessary
  • Take and deliver messages to the appropriate staff members promptly
  • Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail
  • Manage office expenses and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate internal and external events
  • Oversee office inventory, including stationery, equipment, and furniture
  • Assist the HR team with onboarding and termination processes
  • Ensure safety and hygiene standards are maintained for the reception area

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to operate office equipment
  • Previous experience in a customer service industry is preferred
  • Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
