Empowering Excellence in Customer Service
JLL is seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at our Sydney, NSW office. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
About the Role:
- Greet visitors and ensure they feel welcome
- Manage security and telecommunications systems
- Handle queries via phone, email, and general correspondence
- Transfer calls as necessary
- Take and deliver messages to the appropriate staff members promptly
- Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail
- Manage office expenses and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate internal and external events
- Oversee office inventory, including stationery, equipment, and furniture
- Assist the HR team with onboarding and termination processes
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards are maintained for the reception area
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Tech-savvy with the ability to operate office equipment
- Previous experience in a customer service industry is preferred
- Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
