Job Title: Receptionist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Charter Diligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reception duties, and supporting administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties.
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Supporting administrative functions such as data entry, correspondence, and file management.
  • Assisting with meeting preparations and ensuring smooth operations during hearings.
  • Maintaining and updating databases and other records.
  • Able to manage high volumes of work and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary degree and experience in a similar receptionist role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in office software and data entry.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments.
  • Australian PR or citizen
