About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Insignia Financial. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Insignia Financial Reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
  • Respond to phone calls and visitors in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate couriers and internal mail daily.
  • Assist with arrangements of functions, meetings, catering, and appointments as required.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and kitchen area are kept tidy.
  • Provide assistance to the Facilities Coordinator as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software packages.
  • Excellent customer service ethic.
