The role of a Team Leader involves overseeing the daily operations of a fast food establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to drive business growth and increase profitability
  • Analyse financial data to inform budget decisions and identify areas for cost reduction
  • Maintain optimal stock levels by forecasting demand and implementing efficient inventory management systems
  • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store image
  • Develop new menu items and recipes that meet customer preferences and nutritional standards
  • Plan and coordinate events and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and functional store environment
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership or management role within the hospitality industry
