FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR – Beach Club

Hamilton Island's Beach Club is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Food & Beverage Supervisor with strong fine dining management skills and resort breakfast experience to create exceptional dining experiences for our valued guests.

Your Role

You have a can-do attitude, are highly organized, and take pride in delivering outstanding service. You thrive in a close-knit team and understand that your role is essential to our guests' experience on the island.

What we're looking for

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a fine dining or high-end resort setting, including breakfast service.

To be successful, you will need:

· Minimum 1 year experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a fine dining or resort breakfast setting.

· Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and mentor a team.

· Queensland RSA certification.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Exceptional personal presentation and professionalism.
