Your Role

As our Educational Leader, you'll guide the design and implementation of high-quality early childhood programs. You'll mentor educators, lead improvement plans, and foster a supportive learning environment that nurtures children and builds strong relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development and ensure alignment with the EYLF and NQF
• Guide and support educators in planning and delivering programs.
• Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff, promoting best practices in early childhood education
• Monitor and assess the quality of educational practices within the centre and ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation
• Collaborate with the Director of Education to implement improvement plans based on evaluations and feedback
• Build positive relationships with families, encouraging their involvement in the educational process
• Communicate regularly with families about their children's progress and program initiatives
• Lead regular team meetings to discuss program planning and staff development, foster collaboration that encourages sharing of ideas and practices

About You

You are a passionate leader in early childhood education, with a deep commitment to quality teaching and learning. You're a proactive, collaborative communicator who thrives in team settings and inspires excellence in others. You have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Your qualifications and experience include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (Essential)
• Current Blue Card (Essential)
• HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an education and care setting (Essential)
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in early childhood education
• Demonstrated leadership experience in childcare settings
