**Job Opportunity:**

SkyCity is seeking an experienced professional to support its multi-year business-wide transformation program.

This 18-month contract will see you provide expertise to define, plan and deliver broad ranging transformation with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement.

You will work closely with the Program Director and operational units to drive uplift across the business including process mapping and documenting of requirements.

The role will take the lead in creating Standard Operating Procedures SOPs Guides FAQs and User Guides as well as supporting implementation and embedding of change during go-live and post-go-live phases.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Highly analytical with demonstrated lateral strategic thinking skills.
