Digital Transformation Role Overview

This role offers the opportunity to lead and support enterprise transformation efforts across our operations.

  • As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical part in driving process improvement, implementing fit-for-purpose digital solutions, and co-developing a strategic roadmap that aligns with business objectives.

In this position, you will work collaboratively with subject matter experts, functional leads, and executive stakeholders to centralise and optimise core business functions, enabling a more agile and scalable operating model.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop and deliver an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Conduct detailed assessments of current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimised future-state processes.
    • Engage and collaborate with key SME's and business unit leads to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
    • Support the centralisation and standardisation of key functions across the enterprise to enhance operational flexibility and decision-making.
    • Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of digital platforms, tools, and systems across business units.
    • Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and change management to drive adoption and sustained use of new processes and technologies.
    • Track and report on transformation KPIs, benefits realisation, and implementation risks.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and digital fluency across the organisation.
