Enterprise Transformation Professional

This is a high-impact role that involves driving process improvement and implementing digital solutions to support business growth.

The successful candidate will lead the development of an enterprise digital transformation strategy, conducting assessments of current-state business processes and designing optimised future-state processes. They will engage with key stakeholders to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies, supporting the centralisation and standardisation of key functions across the enterprise.

This role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a delivery mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives in large-scale environments and demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct assessments of current-state business processes and design optimised future-state processes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
  • Support the centralisation and standardisation of key functions across the enterprise.
  • Evaluate and recommend digital platforms, tools, and systems.
  • Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and change management.
  • Track and report on transformation KPIs and benefits realisation.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools.
