Job Description

SkyCity Adelaide is currently seeking experienced professionals to support its multi-year transformation program on an 18-month contract.

This assignment will provide business analysis expertise to define, plan and deliver transformation. The role has a strong focus on stakeholder engagement to support end-to-end processes, including as-is and to-be process mapping and documentation of requirements.

The role will lead the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guides, FAQs and user guides in conjunction with subject-matter experts.

The role will also work with teams to support the implementation and embedding of change during go-live and post go-live phases.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business analysis support for a multi-year transformation program, including process mapping and requirements documentation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define, plan and deliver transformation activities across the program and operating units.
  • Lead the creation of SOPs, guides, FAQs and user guides in collaboration with SMEs.
  • Support change implementation and embedding during go-live and post go-live phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex and progressive organisations.
  • Experience supporting large, complex programs and projects, including process mapping and requirements gathering.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan ahead, handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills; highly analytical with lateral strategic thinking and strong stakeholder management.
