Support Worker

The role of a Support Worker involves providing personalized care to clients living in the community, enhancing their independence and overall well-being.
- Deliver care services to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, personal hygiene, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and ironing.
- Support clients with community-based recreational and social activities, including transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, a current Australian Driver's Licence, and experience working with technology. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
