Key Responsibilities:- Welcome clients and ensure their experience is optimized for success.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to our clinicians, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox with professionalism.
- Billing our clients accurately and handling payments with precision.
- Develop and apply technical skills to leverage software and applications effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration.
- A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and a high level of energy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Focus on achieving exceptional results and delivering the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients.
- An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids.
