Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and ensure their experience is optimized for success.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to our clinicians, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox with professionalism.
  • Billing our clients accurately and handling payments with precision.
  • Develop and apply technical skills to leverage software and applications effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration.
  • A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and a high level of energy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Focus on achieving exceptional results and delivering the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients.
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids.
