Editorial Coordinator Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly-organised editorial coordinator to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for all administrative tasks for our titles and also act as an assistant to the editor-in-chief.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Be the point of contact for all reader enquiries and represent the brand accordingly\
  • Distribute mail, file documents, organise catering, manage the reader feedback inbox, order stationery and handle IT issues\
  • Work closely with the editor-in-chief to manage her diary, co-ordinate meetings and handle administrative tasks on her behalf\
  • Support the fashion team by assisting with clothing returns and attending photo shoots where required\
  • Book and organise staff travel\
  • Manage the weekly editorial budget, including processing invoices and setting up new suppliers\
  • Support senior members of the team as required, including transcribing and research\
  • Recruit and manage interns\
  • Assist the digital editor in building content for online\
  • Edit and distribute the weekly press release for the magazine\
