**The Department and The Role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Program Guide Editor / Communications Assistant to join our vibrant Publicity team working for 3.5 days a week.
Reporting to the Senior Communications Specialist, within the Marketing team, the Program Guide Editor / Communications Assistant is an integral part of the communications team tasked with coordinating administration requirements and producing weekly program guides for SBS content.
The dual role ensures information about SBS programs and services accurately reflects the content and is promoted in an appealing manner, and assists the media communications team with a range of administration tasks, including creating PowerPoints, organising travel and booking meetings.

- You join us with outstanding time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills with the ease to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- While communicating effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Enjoy writing with accuracy and attention to detail while conveying our excitement about our content being promoted
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to learn new software as necessary.
- Relevant qualifications with experience gained through education, training and/or relevant industry work experience in PR or media.
