Chief Human Resources Strategist

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and be adept at fostering collaborative relationships with operational leaders. Your primary focus will be on anticipating and addressing HR-related needs, ensuring seamless integration with our business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing solutions aligned with our strategic plans;
- Providing senior HR business partnering support and subject matter expertise throughout the employment lifecycle;
- Leading and supporting managers through performance management issues, employee grievances, workplace disputes, and coordinating investigations;
- Partnering with managers and the Talent Acquisition team to enhance talent attraction and retention;
- Designing and implementing human resources strategies, programs, policies, procedures, and new initiatives;
