**Aged Care Quality Professional**
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Quality Support Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate auditing and reporting, acting as a mentor to managers and staff in developing their understanding of aged care quality and compliance, and contributing to the quality improvement processes at our organisation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to residence managers in maintaining systems and processes.
- Conducting accurate auditing and reporting to senior management.
- Acting as a mentor to managers and staff in developing their understanding of aged care quality and compliance.
- Contributing to the quality improvement processes at our organisation.
- Assisting with preparation for accreditation visits by the Quality Agency.
**Requirements**
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Act, Standards, Guidelines, and Regulations.
- Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
- Friendly and effective communication abilities.
