Job OverviewWe seek a highly skilled professional to support our commitment to delivering novel medicines. The role involves analysing organisational systems, quality frameworks, and change facilitation in a GMP-critical environment.
Main Responsibilities- Facilitate change management, implementing quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct quality auditing, including vendor assurance, documentation review, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform skills auditing and workforce capability analysis to support operational excellence.
- Evaluate and optimise manufacturing and quality processes through industry analysis.
- Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in a quality, compliance, or organisational improvement role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead quality initiatives across multiple projects.
