We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to provide commercial, procurement, and general support to IASPO sustainment activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurements from the acquisition of materiel through to its inventory management in MILIS and CARDS.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheet models to support procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with export controls and the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement procurement strategies and policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Legal, Finance, or similar.
  • Experience in Defence and Commonwealth Government finance and contracting policy and practices.
  • Experience in Defence procurement and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
