As a Child Family and Community Worker - Targeted Support, you will work closely with clients, providing intake, assessment, case management, peer support, and evidence-based groupwork. This includes developing and implementing programs that promote healthy relationships, emotional intelligence, and resilience among children and their caregivers.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent community connectedness skills, as well as the ability to manage complex cases and deliver targeted interventions. You should also possess cultural competence, trauma-informed practice skills, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by parents and children.

We are seeking a passionate and committed team member based in Corowa, Albury, or Wagga Wagga who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
