**Job Description:**
About This RoleThe Regional Healthcare Social Work Specialist plays a pivotal part in the multidisciplinary healthcare team, delivering high-quality services to patients and clients of the region.
This role is responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive, high-level clinical services, including complex cases, across the region.
- Offering consultative services and clinical expertise in renal psychosocial issues.
- Fostering high-quality social work supervision, education, and support of social work staff, allied health assistants, and students as needed.

We seek a candidate who demonstrates:
- Tertiary qualification in social work, eligible for Australian Association of Social Workers membership.
- Advanced clinical skills, knowledge, and experience in delivering high-quality evidence-based social work in healthcare and chronic disease-related psychosocial supports.
- Strong leadership in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
