Bar Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Bar Service Supervisor to be a key member of our team in Melbourne. Located at URBNSURF, this new restaurant is led by experienced chefs with a passion for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Bar Service Supervisor to join our team, responsible for playing a critical role in the overall success of the venue. This includes supervising the bar service to deliver a high-quality, efficient beverage experience, and assisting in the planning and preparation for daily operations and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the bar service to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Assist in the planning and preparation for daily operations and events
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Mentor and develop a large team
  • Provide excellent customer service skills and temperament

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a high-volume setting
  • Extensive Food & Beverage knowledge and passion for the industry
  • Great customer service skills and temperament
  • Ability to work with, mentor, and develop a large team
  • Wine and Cocktail knowledge a bonus
