The successful candidate will be responsible for building key stakeholder relationships, driving an exceptional member experience, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive member growth and sales through strategic initiatives and partnerships
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to retain existing members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high member satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience and success in a fast-paced customer-facing role
  • Interest and passion for health and fitness
  • Intermediate computer skills with ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Availability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
