Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our vibrant and energetic team. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a key role in providing support to our customers via various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
- Use effective communication skills to build rapport and provide engaging customer experiences.
- Be flexible with working hours to ensure we're available when our customers need us.
Requirements:
- Based in Perth, Western Australia.
- Australian citizen.
- Ability to work full-time in our office location.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and engage in friendly conversation.
- Strong computer literacy and multi-tasking abilities.
