Leading Member Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Membership Services Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can provide exceptional customer service and drive growth in our membership program.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build strong relationships with members, providing personalized support and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving member growth and sales through effective marketing and promotional strategies
- Care and retention of existing members by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns they may have
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
