Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be the face of our hotel and play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable stay.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with a warm welcome
  • Acknowledging IHG One Rewards members and returning guests
  • Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
  • Making the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless
  • Staying one step ahead of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
  • Being our guests' trusted contact – helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office position or with Opera (PMS)
  • Excellent communication skills – you will need to be easy to talk to and able to handle concerns and compliments from guests
  • Critical thinking skills to turn issues into opportunities
  • Fluency in English – extra language skills would be great, but not essential
  • Literate and tech-savvy – you will need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths, and computer skills
