Prospective Student Officer

RMIT University is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Global Student Recruitment Team as a Prospective Student Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to prospective students, responding to inquiries, and meeting sales targets while maintaining accurate records in our CRM database.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple contact channels, including phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face interactions, to provide timely and effective responses to prospective students.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately maintain records in our CRM database, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Work collaboratively with the Global Student Recruitment Team to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RMIT University's programs and services to effectively communicate with prospective students.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or recruitment environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant systems.
