About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with prospective customers and existing members who want to purchase or inquire about our services.

As a Customer Sales Representative, your primary focus will be to ask effective questions to identify customer needs and offer solutions that add value to our members' lifestyles.

You will seek to engage customers in conversation and create a memorable experience by connecting with them through positive energy, empathy, and a passion to help others.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of resilience and ability to persevere through challenges with a 'can do' attitude.
  • The ability to remain calm and focused when under pressure while demonstrating empathy and understanding to our customers.
  • Effective listening and communication skills to determine the customer's needs.
  • Initiative to support the customer with product suggestions to address their needs.
  • Confidence in working with KPIs and targets in our customer needs-based sales environment.
  • Strong computer literacy skills including the ability to navigate multiple product and customer systems with proven accuracy and attention to detail.
