**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Concierge to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk services, assisting with building management tasks, and ensuring the overall safety and security of our residents and guests.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 5-star service to residents and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Assist the Building Manager with issues related to by-laws, resident car park, reporting, and keys auditing.
  • Monitor visitor movements, service providers, and goods throughout the building and immediate surroundings.
  • Maintain databases, respond to emails, and handle security intercom enquiries.
  • Distribute and secure resident keys, security devices, and parcels or dry cleaning.
  • Conduct internal and external patrols.
  • Complete incident reports and respond to emergencies.
  • Ensure entry and lifts are tidy and presentable.

**Requirements:

  • National Security License (NSW 1AC).
  • Availability to work overnights.
  • Ability to build rapport with residents and cooperative relationships with the team.
  • Front of house or customer service experience.
  • Proven quality written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, use of Microsoft Word and Excel, and database management systems.
