Job Description

Excel Building Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our building, providing exceptional service to residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 5-Star Service: Provide exceptional front desk services to residents and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist Building Management: Collaborate with the Building Manager and Head Concierge to resolve issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, and keys auditing.
  • Monitor Building Activities: Keep track of visitor movements, service providers, and goods throughout the building and surrounding areas.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain accurate records, respond to emails, and handle security intercom enquiries.
  • Key Management: Distribute and secure resident keys, security devices, and parcels or dry cleaning.
  • Internal and External Patrols: Conduct regular patrols to ensure the building's security and tidiness.
  • Incident Reporting: Complete incident reports as necessary and respond to emergencies.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the entry and lifts are tidy and presentable.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Must be available to work overnights, including Saturday and Sunday from 11pm to 7am and Wednesday from 11pm to 7am.
  • Communication Skills: Proven quality written and verbal communication skills.
  • Front of House Experience: Previous experience in a front of house or customer service role.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management systems.
Additional Information:
  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Australia.
  • Uniform: Uniforms will be provided, including a black business suit, tie, and name badge for men, and a black business suit, scarf, and name badge for women.
  • Training: Comprehensive training will be provided prior to the first shift.
  • Immediate Start: Immediate start is available for the right candidate.
