About the Role

Novita's HR team provides services to 1100+ employees across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia. The Senior HR Advisor is responsible for providing end-to-end HR advice and practical assistance to Novita's managers and staff.

As a Senior HR Advisor with Novita, you will work across a broad range of HR activities. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing workforce planning strategies in consultation with hiring managers and leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to meet workforce demands
  • Providing expert guidance on compliance with workplace laws, industrial instruments, and company policies
  • Leading and assisting managers with workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management activities
  • Collaborating with managers and external stakeholders in the management of return-to-work matters
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and implementing continuous improvement of systems and processes.

About You

  • A post-secondary qualification in human resources (or a related discipline)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills

What We Offer

You'll receive a salary and benefits in line with the Novita Enterprise Agreement. Additionally, you can salary package living expenses up to $15,900 per year, increasing your take-home pay. Further salary-packaging benefits are available, including meal entertainment expenses, novated vehicle leasing, and additional superannuation contributions.
