This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in HR and join our friendly team. You will gain experience in aged care and disability by supporting our Claro Aged Care & Disability Services group.

We are looking for experienced, motivated, and passionate Senior Human Resources Advisors to come on board and make a difference to people's lives. As a key member of our team, you will provide efficient support and advice to employees, managers, and other internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ER/IR advisory experience, preferably in a service sector such as disability, aged care, or health. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources is also essential.

You will be responsible for providing day-to-day ER advice, interpreting and implementing Modern Awards, conducting Workplace investigations, and assisting line managers with staff performance management.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible work initiatives, employee recognition programs, and professional development opportunities.

About You

  • Demonstrated ER/IR advisory experience, preferably in a service sector (disability, aged care or health would be advantageous)
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • A quick, enthusiastic, solution-focused and people-centric approach to issues
  • Highly organised and able to work effectively under competing time pressures
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • High proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, and excellent computer skills
  • Self-directed and self-motivated
  • Understanding of employment legislation and wanting to learn more
