Homelessness Policy Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Homelessness Policy Specialist to join our reform and service design unit. The successful candidate will contribute to shaping homelessness policy and service models to support a service system for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
About the Role
- The Homelessness Policy Specialist will be responsible for contributing to the full life cycle of projects, including research, analysis, implementation planning, and monitoring and evaluating projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
- The role involves supporting the development and delivery of policy advice and projects within resourcing, timeline, and budget parameters.
- The specialist will undertake research and analysis to inform policy and design decisions.

- You have excellent communication skills and are able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- You are a problem solver who can methodically explore and contribute to practical policy solutions.
- You are a team player who enjoys planning and organising and takes initiative.
Requirements
- You must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work permit or visa.
