About this Role

As a key contact for our fertility services, you will be the first point of call for individuals enquiring about their options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide information and support to patients regarding City Fertility's consultation process
  • Respond to patient enquiries in a timely manner
  • Process patient requests and assist with booking appointments
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare or customer-facing roles
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office applications
  • Basic understanding of reproductive health and/or fertility; experience in assisted reproduction techniques (ART) is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
