The Opportunity
At our Sunnybank clinic, we combine cutting-edge fertility treatments with deeply personalised care. You will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals and couples through every step of the process every day, your knowledge, empathy, and encouragement will make a real and lasting impact.
Coordinate and manage patient treatment cycles/programs
Provide clear and unambiguous information and test results to patients
Conduct patient education sessions
General operational admin support of the clinic
About You
We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally you will bring the following to the role:
Provide education, care, and support to patients throughout their fertility journey
Provision of patient information to aide in the coordination and management of their treatment
Provide post-operative support and consultation to patients
Patient medical administration
General operational admin in support of the clinic
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor of Nursing Degree or higher qualifications
Registered Nurse / Midwife registered with AHPRA
Follicle Scanning (advantageous)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
