Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Fertility Services Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Brisbane procedure centre environment.

This role is a customer service-based position representing the first point of contact for most day surgery patients. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming calls, booking appointments, and patient registration
  • Providing comprehensive cost quotes individualized to patients' treatment plans
  • Billing of day surgery and IVF patients within Medicare and private healthcare guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience working in a Day Hospital, Procedure Clinic or Hospital environment
  • Experience in the Health Industry and basic medical terminology training
  • Understanding of Medicare / Private Health Billing, preferred but not essential
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Experience with billing software such as Genie Software, Clinic to Cloud, Pracsoft or equivalent
