The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Mining team in South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Contribute to successful project delivery in accordance with Project Management best practices and effectively engage with Clients and stakeholders.
  • Document Preparation: Assist with the preparation, monitoring and updating of project delivery documentation including project management plans, risk registers, HSE plans, and other documentation as required.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring accurate financial information and revenue recognition on projects.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and create project schedules to align with project and client requirements, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Financial Management Experience: Strong experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and project controls.
  • Project Management Experience: Previous experience in a project management environment, with a strong understanding of project management best practices.
  • Mining Industry Knowledge: Experience within the Mining industry is preferable, with a comprehensive understanding of the industry's challenges and opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships and work well within a team environment and autonomously.
What You'll Get:
