Baptist World Aid Australia is an international Christian development organisation working in 24 countries.

We partner with like-minded organisations overseas to implement community development and disaster projects that empower communities to lift themselves out of poverty.

This role is crucial for delivering key communications which strengthen and improve donor retention.

  • Leading the process and activities associated with Child Sponsorship Letter Writing, as well as Annual Progress Reports distributed to all Sponsors throughout the year.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration role, with experience working with databases or CRM systems.

Demonstrated skills in attention to detail, accuracy and quality are essential.

A passion for making donors' experience supporting Baptist World Aid the best it can be is required.

The role involves supervising and motivating volunteers and having an understanding of Christian principles in development.
