Job Title: Senior Medical Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

This role is pivotal in our team, delivering exceptional support to the medical reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the medical reception team, including data entry, phone calls, and patient communication
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist with medical procedures, including preparing patients for examinations and procedures, and ensuring all necessary documents are complete and up-to-date
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict privacy policies at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
