Regional Nursing Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team as a Regional Float Pool Nurse. This role requires a strong nursing foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you will provide high-quality patient care and support the staffing of various units across multiple campuses. You will be responsible for coordinating and delegating nursing care, managing resources, and promoting optimal health outcomes for patients and families.
To be successful in this role, you must have a current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio, at least one year of related RN experience, and completion of specialty-specific competency-based orientation pathways.
