We are seeking skilled and dedicated nursing professionals to join our dynamic team. As a Regional Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various units across our healthcare system, providing high-quality patient care and support.

About the Role

As a RN - Regional Float Pool, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care to patients on multiple units, supporting the staffing of Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Critical Care, and Behavioral Health units. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and make decisions that improve patient outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio
  • One (1) year of related RN experience required for the specialty in which the Regional Float Pool RN is primarily assigned
  • Specialty areas include: Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Critical Care, and Behavioral Health
