As a Registered Nurse in our Regional Float Pool, you will have the unique ability to work across various units, including Inpatient Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Critical Care, and Behavioral Health. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and adapting to changing unit needs.

Requirements include:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
  • One (1) year of related RN experience, preferably in the specialty area assigned
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions or irregular hours
  • Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications may be required

Additional qualifications include:

  • Formal education from an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with diverse patient populations
